In Episode #123, I sat back down with Dr Alan Desmond to continue our conversation on all things gut health! Alan shared his path to gastroenterology and what his role as a gastroenterologist entails, as well as the common types of gut health problems he sees in his work and why he recommends a whole-food, plant-based diet to his patients.
