Your satisfaction is extremely important to us.
Yet, because of the extensive time, effort, preparation and care that goes into creating The Proof Guide digital assets that are delivered instantly, we have a no refund policy. Unless otherwise provided by law, you understand and acknowledge all sales are final, and no refunds will be provided at any time.
Please note that we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking and the remaining amount will be invoiced 60 days before the event start date.
With each booking we take on a financial commitment with the retreat location that we are obliged to fulfil.
If you need to cancel your retreat package booking for any reason, you may be eligible for a refund based on the following criteria:
If you are unable to attend the retreat package but wish to transfer your booking to another person, you may do so at no extra cost. Please inform us at least 14 days prior to the retreat start date. However, please note that transferring the booking to another person may result in that person not receiving the full package due to some inclusions taking place before the actual retreat. We will make every effort to ensure the person receives as much of the package as possible, but we cannot guarantee that all inclusions will be available. Any additional costs incurred due to the transfer of the booking, such as changes to room occupancy, will be the responsibility of the original participant or the new participant. Please inform us in writing of any such changes at least 14 days prior to the retreat start date.
If you wish to make changes to your booking, such as changing the retreat dates or the retreat package, we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Please note that any changes made to the booking may incur additional charges.
In the event that we are forced to cancel the retreat due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, civil unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you the option of transferring your booking to an alternative date or receiving a full refund.
We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover any potential losses or unforeseen circumstances.
