In this episode, I’m joined by Dr. Rupy Aujla, NHS GP and founder of The Doctor’s Kitchen, and one of the most passionate voices in culinary medicine. Whether you’re a health professional or just trying to make sense of conflicting nutrition advice, this episode is packed with practical insights and inspiration.
