  • 1 frozen Banana
  • 1/4 ripe Avocado
  • 1/2 cup light Coconut Milk or Almond Milk
  • 1 cup frozen Spinach
  • Handful fresh Mint leaves
  • Juice of 1/4 Lime
  • 1 tbsp organic Maple Syrup
  • 2 scoops of your favourite Plant Protein

Instructions

  • Blend and then pour into a bowl
