Like hummus and want to try a variation that’s loaded with Omega 3’s and delicious hemp flavour? This would have to be my personal favourite when it comes to hummus – hope you like it!
- ¼ cup Hempseeds
- 1 can Chickpeas drained
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 Lemon squeezed
- 2 Tbsp Tahini
- 1 tsp ground Cumin
- ½ cup filtered Water
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Place all ingredients into a Food Processor and process until nice and smooth.
- Place in a bowl and drizzle with Hempseed or Olive oil and sprinkle the top with Hempseeds.
