Plant Proof Hemp Seed & Chickpea Hummus

Like hummus and want to try a variation that’s loaded with Omega 3’s and delicious hemp flavour?  This would have to be my personal favourite when it comes to hummus – hope you like it!

  • ¼ cup Hempseeds
  • 1 can Chickpeas drained
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 Lemon squeezed
  • 2 Tbsp Tahini
  • 1 tsp ground Cumin
  • ½ cup filtered Water
  • Salt and Pepper to taste



  • Place all ingredients into a Food Processor and process until nice and smooth.
  • Place in a bowl and drizzle with Hempseed or Olive oil and sprinkle the top with Hempseeds.
