This antioxidant-rich Green Longevity Smoothie Bowl is the ultimate bowl for longevity & preventing free radical cell damage
- 2 peeled sliced and frozen ripe medium bananas
- 1/4 cup 41 g chopped ripe pineapple (frozen is best)
- 2-3 tsp matcha green tea powder
- 3/4 - 1 cup 180-240 ml light coconut milk (canned or carton)
- 1 heaping cup 35 g organic spinach and kale (half/half). Ideally frozen spinach and Kale. Frozen makes it creamier
- handful of Broccoli sprouts
- 20 g of your favourite plant protein I used Vida Glow vanilla hemp protein
- 2 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
- Blend and then pour into a bowl.
