A lot of us get stumped when we see a favourite recipe that has eggs. Fortunately, you can easily mimic the egg’s role by creating a Flax or Chia egg substitute in a matter of seconds.
- 1 tbsp Either Chia or Flax (or a mix) (ground preferable)
- 2 tbsp water
- Add to a mixing bowl and stir/whisk thoroughly
- Leave to rest for 3-5 minutes
