- 1 tbps Cacao
- 1 frozen Banana
- 1/4 ripe Avocado
- 1/2 cup light Coconut Milk or Almond Milk
- 1 cup frozen Spinach
- Handful fresh Mint leaves
- Juice of 1/4 Lime
- 1 tbsp organic Maple Syrup
- 2 scoops of your favourite Plant Protein

- Blend and then pour into a bowl
